In this blog, we will look at where to start when dealing with urinary incontinence. Bladder problems are very common but for many people this can be a ‘taboo’ subject, it is rarely talked about openly and therefore difficult for some to seek help. For those who experience it as an adult, it can be very distressing and confusing.
If you are suffering from incontinence we always recommend consulting your GP to insure you are appropriately assessed and this can often be the first step to effectively managing the condition.
