How we are keeping our employees safe during COVID-19

At MIP UK, we always strive to provide the very best care and service to those in need – it’s part of our DNA.  Whilst the situation with COVID-19 develops daily, we remain as committed as ever to deliver in the safest way possible.

As we continue to supply the UK healthcare system during this difficult time, the health and safety of our employees remains our top priority.  We have therefore made a few operational changes which includes all office-based and field staff working from home to ensure a safe working environment. We have excellent IT systems in place with remote access to servers and video conferencing facilities to ensure uninterrupted service.

Our warehousing and logistic partners are also adapting to ensure our operations continue to run to our usual high standards and as safely as possible, including the below measures:

  • Implemented social distancing / office staff working from home where possible
  • Reduced ‘on-site’ staff
  • Staggering drivers start times to reduce the number of drivers on site at any one time
  • Increased workforce availability to cover for staff illnesses

Our team are working tirelessly to ensure we continue to deliver the high level of service you expect from MIP.  If you are a customer, we encourage you to email where possible to ensure your request is dealt with in a timely manner.
