Here at MIP UK we are proud to share that our Managing Director Paul Crabtree and his son Matthew are heading off to Nepal on the 5th March (2020) to take on the formidable foothills of the Himalayas all in the aid of charity.
The duo are part of a team that will be undertaking a 10 day trek (led by a team of experienced Sherpa's) beginning in the central region of Pokhara, taking on steep climbs and navigating across suspension bridges and the unforgiving alpine landscape in aid of St John's Hospice.
St John's Hospice are a local charity to Paul and Matthew, based in North Lancashire. The charity provides free specialist palliative care to patients with life shortening conditions and have been caring for the local community since 1986. The team work around the clock, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week offering first class care and giving extra comfort and support to patients and families when they need it most.
Paul and Matthew have set and incredible high target of raising £8,000 and are well on their way to achieving this. If you would like to show your support St John's hospice, and the father/son team, please click on the button below for more information and details on how to donate.
